So, after seeing some beautiful designs that fellow bloggers have acheived using nail stamping equipment (especially The Nailasaurus at http://www.thenailasaurus.com/) I decided I needed to give it a go!
And as it happens, my lovely Grandma popped by today and brought me my birthday present money (she forgot to put it in my card in august!), she gave me £15 and since the Bundle Monster set I was looking at was £14.95 I had no excuse not to order it, hehe.
I ordered a set of 21 plates, and a Konad stamper and scraper, I will post a little review of these when they arrive, as well as many new nail designs they should hopefully enable me to create. I had to think long and hard about whether or not to spend a fiver on a special Konad polish too, but I really am quite poor, and as The Nailasaurus doesn't seem to use the Konad polish, I decided not to. Since postage is free, I can always order some a little later on if none of my polishes work :)
Anyway, as I was casually browsing the nail art products on amazon, I found a kit of 5 double ended dotting tools and 15 nail art brushes, also by bundle monster. They got added to my basket - thus putting me back in my overdraft, but hey ho - I will no longer be using lack of brushes as an excuse for my messy nail art! This set also comes in a convenient roll which closes with a magnetc fastening, it looks really professional and only had 4 and 5 star customer reviews. Some of the brushes are a mystery to me, but I'm sure I will find a way to use them!
I am so excited for these goodies to arrive, and have many more things on my wishlist! I will be sure to update you all on how I get on with these products :)
I'm going to do my poppy nails later on today, so will blog you again later, I just got so excited about my cheeky shopping that I had to share!
Until later, Mwah S x
